Before sampling, please make sure your company has clearly understand our sample policy in the following:
1. Free offer USD10 value in total or 3 pcs quantity in total Max, if exceeding it, a whole payment is needed.
2. We don't prepay for the shipping cost (express/airfreight/freight) of the anyway to sending samples, it should be paid by customer; if customer has FedEX/UPS/DHL/TNT account number to import, please use the proper courier, samples will be shipped as a collect basis, i.e. freight to be collected.
3. Factory will only arrange the sample request till the payment's arrival if samples are charged, so the lead time is calculated according to the payment receipt date.
4. Usual lead time: 7 working days sample with meterial ready
5. If QC evidence shows that our samples are not pass the testing due to our reason, we will bear the 2nd samples fee and freight for customer re-testing.
6. Any of request which is asking to prepay the shipping cost for the first free samples delivery is not acceptable.
7. We make samples as per the buyer's requirement. As we know, we have different customer levels, some of them need Non-EMC version for cost down situation, and some of them need EMC version for high compatibility situation. If the buyer did not state clearly about the EMC requirement when requesting a sample, we will randomly to make NON-EMC version for testing.
8. Sample fee can be returned back when your order quantity reach 3000pcs.

So, what is the most important? We kindly suggest that the buyer would better to clearly required EMC or NON-EMC in the sample procedure and must talk to our salesperson.

Before production to order, please make sure your company has clearly understand our production policy in the following:
1. A signature or stamp confirmation to technical specification datasheet is nesseary to the formal prodution arrangement.
2. Factory will not arrange the production order until the advance payment's arrival, so the lead time is calculated as per the payment receipt date.

3. In order to arrange your order in time, get no delay, please must email for payment copy as long as your fanacial dept effect the payment every time.
4. Usual production L/T: 25 working days for Linear power supply, 35 working days for switching power supply.

5. During production, if there is any difficulty or unexpected problem happen, we will inform the buyer immediately.
6. The goods will be packed in strong export carton, if customer needs the pallet packing, the extra USD30 per pallet will be charged from the customer.

7. Any of request which is asking to deliver in advance of the leadtime will be not accepted.

Before changing any Technical points time by time, please make sure your company has clearly understand our policy in the following:
1. A formal email requirement to be sent to us is required, we will make modification to the points, and write it into the 'specification for approval' sheet for your confirmation.
2. A new signature or stamp confirmation to new technical specification datasheet is nesseary to the formal prodution arrangement.
3. Factory will not arrange the production order until the new 'specification for approval' is signed, so the lead time is calculated as per the confirmation date.
In order to arrange your order in time, get no delay, please must scan and email the new 'specification for approval'.

Before making a shipment arrangement, please make sure your company has clearly understand our production policy in the following:
1. We will send the packing list to customer once the goods is ready to ship, please reply how to arrange the shipment.
2. If the business term is FOB, we strongly suggest that your company agree to use our contracted forwarder for seafreight or airfreight.
Furthermore, all of our quotations are quoted for one-time FOB expenses, partial shipment is not allowed.
If the business term is EXW, we will only inform the goods ready date to pick up. 3. There is different between Loading date and Vessel date on Bill of Lading, normally, Loading date is prior about 3 days or 7 days to the Vessel date, because it is LCL shipment.
4. We could send the draft invoice and packing list for your modification if there is nesseary for your customs clearance.
5. Without priority notice, we normally used to TELE RELEASE the Bill of loading for every LCL shipment, unless there is specified by customer. If your customs clearance needs Original Bill of Loading, Packing List, Invoice (3 documents), please must advise together with the booking progress, otherwise, another fee USD40 is required.

6. If you need original documents, we will use our courier FEDEX/DHL to send it, a Tracking number email will be sent at same time.
7. It takes about 25 days to Europe, 30 days to America, 13 days to Australia, 40 days to Latin America by sea shipment, as per the 'ship on board date' on the Bill of Loading.
8. After shipping, please pay attention to the ETA of the vessel, please keep closely contacting with the forwarder.
9. We are happy to say that we finish a business cooperation, thanks for your kind support and cooperation.
If possible, please advise us when is your next PO will be placed to us, we will happy to serve your company again.

Before ask for gurranty, warranty or claim for your shipment, please make sure your company has clearly understand, our Q&W policy in the following:
1. Warranty 1 year only since the goods is shipped.
2. We responsible for manufacturing defect, vice due to materials or bad workmanship revealed within the period of warranty. The warranty does not apply if the product has been subjected to physical abuse, improper use, installation, or modification.
3. We check 100% in- line production at least by 5 times, and FQC do spot check randomly according to AQL 0.4 level.
4. Within the warranty period, we could replace in same quantity defects only if seeing the "evidence" from customer, including pictures, defects goods, and test report etc.
5.If you have claims to our goods shipped within 1 year, please must take test reports, datas, records,
 and all nessoary evidences to prove the non-confirmity of same sample performance, 
which had confirmed by your company before PO.

What we called "evidence" that need to be provided by customer is:
a. Offer us at least 10 photoes of defective, test report, and all related informations by email;
b. Express to us at least 20 defectived goods what you found, and prepaid freight, we need to double check them and evaluate this quality claim and find out the root reasons so that we can prevent in the next orders, if customer refuses to return 20 defects samples, we are sorry that we could not able to bear that quality responsibility.
