Feature 1: distributed power supply structure

Switching power supply in the performance of high frequency magnetic components used magnetic materials have certain requirements, among which small loss, good heat dissipation performance is the basic requirements, only to achieve such a standard to achieve product optimization, magnetic properties will be superior.Magnetic materials suitable for megahertz frequencies are a major concern for users, and nano-crystalline soft magnetic materials have also been developed and applied.
 
However, after having the high-frequency technology, improving the efficiency of switching power supply is another technical difficulty, which requires our technical designers to develop and apply the soft switching technology. And this kind of soft switch technology has become a research hotspot in the industry for many years, and has been paid more and more attention by designers.
 
We have seen such technology, such as synchronous rectification SR technology, which USES power MOS tube reverse connection as rectification and switch diode instead of schottky diode (SBD).This design can reduce the tube pressure drop and thus improve the circuit efficiency.This is how we try to reduce the on-state loss of the switch and further improve its efficiency for the soft-switch converter with low voltage and large current output.
