Shipment Readiness
|
Upon completion of production, KRECO will issue a Pre-Shipment Packing List. Customers must confirm the shipping method within 48 hours to secure the vessel booking slot. |

Trade Terms & Forwarders
|
FOB Terms: We strongly recommend utilizing KRECO’s contracted forwarders to leverage pre-negotiated freight rates and ensure cargo security. EXW Terms: KRECO will notify the buyer of the "Goods Ready Date." The buyer is solely responsible for all pickup arrangements and export documentation. |

Partial Shipment Policy
|
Strictly Prohibited.
All quotations are based on single-shipment execution. Requests for partial shipments will incur a penalty fee of USD $500.00 per instance to cover redundant labor and documentation costs. This fee must be prepaid. |

Order Cancellation
|
Purchase Orders (PO) cannot be canceled 72 hours (3 days) after the PO issuance date without incurring restocking and material consumption fees. |

Bill of Lading (B/L) Type
|
Default: Telex Release (Surrendered B/L) for all LCL shipments. Original B/L: If original documents are required for customs clearance, written notification must be provided at the time of booking. Failure to do so will result in a USD $40.00 re-issuance fee. |

Payment & Release
|
Under "Balance Before Shipment" terms, KRECO retains full custody of the goods until cleared funds are received in our bank account. No cargo shall be released without verified payment. |

Transit Time Estimates
|
Estimated transit times from the Ship-on-Board Date: • Europe: ~25 days • North America: ~30 days • Australia: ~13 days • Latin America: ~40 days |

Document Dispatch
|
Original shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, B/L) will be dispatched via FedEx/DHL upon request. A tracking number will be provided immediately. |
