1.Core Requirements for Medical Power Supply Stability
o Voltage/Current Accuracy: Medical equipment (such as monitors and analysers) is extremely sensitive to power supply output fluctuations. For example, ECG signal acquisition requires power supply ripple ≤50mV (peak-to-peak) to avoid interference with signal analysis.
o Dynamic Response Capability: During load changes (e.g., device startup or shutdown), the power supply must adjust its output within microseconds to prevent voltage drops (e.g., ≤5%) or overshoots (e.g., ≤10%), ensuring no device reboots or data loss.
o Long-Term Drift Control: Power supply output must remain stable over a 10-year lifespan. Output shifts caused by component ageing must be ≤1% to prevent device calibration failure.

o Wide Input Range: Adapt to global grid fluctuations (e.g., 85-265 VAC) and maintain output during voltage sags (e.g., power outages), enabling devices to complete critical operations (e.g., the final cut of a surgical electrosurgical unit).
o Wide Temperature Range: Maintains stable performance within the -40°C to +85°C temperature range, particularly meeting low-temperature startup requirements (e.g., -20°C) and high-temperature heat dissipation (e.g., continuous operation at 85°C).
o Electromagnetic Interference Resistance: Achieves EMC Level 3 protection (suppressing radiated emissions, conducted emissions, and immunity to interference) to withstand strong electromagnetic interference (EMI) generated by high-frequency surgical equipment, MRI machines, and other devices.
o Double insulation and 2xMOPP: Input/output terminals feature double insulation design, with isolation transformers meeting the 2xMOPP (patient protection measures) standard to ensure leakage current ≤50μA (general medical) or ≤10μA (cardiac floating electrode scenarios).
o Isolation Withstand Voltage: The input and output must withstand a 4000VAC high-voltage test (1 minute without breakdown) to prevent hazardous mains voltages from reaching the patient.
